Thank you for your interest in our In House catering services. We look forward to serving you and the following information will be helpful in planning your order.
All In House catering service must be pre-approved by Administration. You must fill in catering request sheets found online and follow instructions for submission. After submission for Administration approval, if approved, your request will be forwarded by Administration to the Catering Department for completion. This takes time so, plan accordingly and pro-actively to avoid unnecessary disappointment.
To serve you in the best possible way, we require that your Administrative approved request must be received in Dietary Department 48 hour/ 2 business day notice, M-F for any and all In House catering services in order to guarantee your specific order and time. Please remember that the 48 hour/ 2 business day notice, M-F does not include the time that Administration will need to approve your request. More notice, of course, is preferred. If possible, every effort will be made to accommodate your last minute emergency requests. After hours, weekend and Holiday times and dates will require additional labor charges and must be pre-approved by Administration.
Our regular In House catering hours are from 6:30 AM to 4:00 PM Monday through Friday. After hours, weekend and Holiday times and dates will require additional labor charges and must be pre-approved by Administration.
For your convenience an In House catering menu approved by Administration follows these ordering guidelines. All menus are priced at cost with labor added by direction of Administration based on current market/seasonal costs.
